We have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Co Ordinator to support our civil engineering team in the delivery of current and upcoming projects. The successful candidate will provide project co-ordinating assistance and ensure smooth coordination of all project activities.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
Undertake financial tracking and supplier management, including raising Purchase Orders, tracking invoices and expenditure and ensuring contracts are in place for supplier services;
Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
Maintain comprehensive project records and files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Schedule and organize meetings, site visits, and inspections, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Monitor project timelines and budgets and report any discrepancies or issues to the project lead.
Support the project team in maintaining compliance with safety regulations, inspections, quality standards and audits
Document Control
Provide general support such as attending meeting and recording minutes, answering phones, managing emails, co-ordinating team members diaries and handling correspondence.
Prepare and submit progress reports to Senior management team for all construction projects.
Maintain a register of key risks, Permits, Licences, Conditions & Consents, as required;
Collate and manage key data related to monthly reporting to Global and Regional project management system. Prepare necessary project progress reports as directed.
Monitor, analyse and report on performance.

Excellent planning, communication and project co-ordination skills.
Ability to develop intellectually demanding plans that cut across all aspects of the projects and identifying the linkages;
Awareness of purchase orders, invoices and general financial management of projects.
Awareness of policies and procedures to ensure resources are efficiently used;
