The Collaborative Business Unit Lead is a pivotal role tosupport the Collaborative Business Units continued growth withexceptional delivery of Medical Educational programmes. The Lead willshape and optimise our Medthority solutions to ensure we meet ourcommitment to provide healthcare professionals with high qualitymedical education using our website Medthority.
Ahigh-profile role, the Business Unit lead will be responsible for theoverall performance of the Collaborative Business Unit. Working withother IQVIA Medical Affairs solutions this role will redefine onlinemedical education for healthcare professionals.
Setting new standards for MedicalEducation, Medthority will be the new benchmark and exceed theexpectations of both pharmaceutical customers and healthcareprofessionals. 
Work closelywith the Medical Affairs Sales Specialist team to forecast, plan andresource the pipeline and regularly communicate the pipeline to theBusiness, Business Unit, Programme Success Group (PSG), and operationsto support resource and capacity management
Lead andcommunicate the account strategy to the Business Unit and PSG
Plan, monitor, andanalyse key metrics that will inform performance metrics for sponsoredprogrammes and implement changes aligned to key performance metrics,as required
Continue to build a high functioning team andprovide training to the Business Unit and the Medical Affairs SalesSpecialist Team, as needed
Understandpharmaceutical medical education requirements and develop MedicalEducation solutions for the modern-day healthcare professional
Establish and maintain informalrelationships with top Pharma accounts and contacts
Co-ordinate the delivery of reporting and project reconciliation tothe funding entity where required
Adhere to the company's policies and standards, and ensure that lawsand regulations are followed
Experience in pharmaceutical sales and needs 
~ In depth knowledge of thepharmaceutical pipeline analysis
~ Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Life Sciencesindustry, production, finance, and employee management
~ Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines
~5+ years selling to pharmaceutical institutions with provenbackground in delivering complex projects and achieving targets
~ Experience insales, budgets, and business plans
~ Strong working knowledgeof data analysis and performance metrics
