WTW Technology Governance Lead will oversee all the committee reporting requirements related to Technology Compliance and Information Security. The lead will also be responsible for facilitating a number of the committee forums and acting as secretariat. Develop and produce suite of dashboard reporting that forms the basis of the committee updates and provides a clear and consistent position across the various committees and forums. In addition this role will be responsible for provision of reporting required to support the Portfolio of Technology Programs and projects. The role holder will be responsible for managing the team that will prepare all of the materials for the committee/forum updates and Program Steering committees.

The role includes leadership of a global team, across the EMEA and ASIA regions. The role will report to the Director of Portfolio Management and Technology Governance within Enterprise Technology. The job holder will be responsible for the planning, tracking and delivery of all Technology Governance materials for the committee updates as defined in the annual committee calendar. This includes building and managing relationship with Stakeholders from across the business and Enterprise Technology, ensuring all materials are developed in line with agreed Terms of Reference, ensure all revenant quality checks and reviews are carried out prior to distribution.

Program Portfolio dashboards will be produced in line with Steering Committee updates. Oversight of the departmental operations budget and annual budget planning will be managed within this function. The role also includes the continuous maturing of the reporting function and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

**The Role**

This role will oversee, co-ordinate all of the Technology Compliance and Information Cyber Security committee updates and support the Program Portfolio reporting, the main focus of this role is:

- Lead and manage a global reporting function to:

- Develop Technology metric reporting to support all committee updates
- Develop and enhance the Program Portfolio reporting metrics
- Produce the Metrics/KPI’s as required
- Identify continuous improvement and automation opportunities to streamline reporting
- Oversee the committee calendar for Technology executive reports and presentation for WTW Committees:

- Manage the Calendar to ensure all contributors are aware of their various deadlines
- Co-ordinate the inputs through the quality review checks
- Quality assurance for all Committee materials ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Ensure materials are issued in line with submission dates
- Engage with the key Stakeholders to gather input and review all Committee materials
- Ensure minutes and actions are cascaded in line with Terms of Reference
- Oversee secretariat for some of the committees
- Preparing executive reports and presentation to support WTW Committees
- Program Portfolio Reporting:

- Prepare all Program Portfolio related reports and metrics to support Monthly Steering and team meetings
- Prepare content to support key governance forums
- Support Ad-hoc reporting requests
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests coordinating input from various teams
- Budget Management:

- Operational budget management for the Portfolio Management and Technology Governance operation
- Lead annual operational budget planning
