Global Technology Lead

Position Summary

We are looking for an outstanding Technology leader to join JLL Work Dynamics. The Global Technology Director (GTD) is accountable for driving delivery of technology and data strategies which helps clients achieve their business objectives through digital transformation.

By combining commercial real estate experts with world-class technologists to deliver solutions that:
Improve the ROI and efficiency of real estate portfolios / integrated facilities management.
Unlock data-driven insights and intelligence to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Increase the utilisation, productivity and experience of space.
Improving net-zero and sustainability outcomes powered by technology.

About the Role
The Global Technology Director (GTD) is a trusted technology advisor and the primary point of contact for facilitation across all service delivery lines within a strategic Work Dynamics Account. The GTD will drive global account delivery and client satisfaction by identifying key business needs, opportunities and lead technology solutions to address those needs through the effective use of technology and data.

Role Responsibilities
Defining and implementing the Global Data & Technology strategy enabling digital transformation across all key service delivery lines within the Account.
Partner with the customer and JLL Account Leadership to understand, inform and deliver their long-term Account strategic objectives enabled by Data & Technology.
Serve as a global escalation point for technology delivery related issues and risks leading to resolution on behalf of the customer and Account.
Partner with Account Leadership to deliver annual growth plans, as well as further defining tactical activities to align with the customer, JLL’s and JLL Technology strategies.
Participate in quarterly business reviews, programme steercos and quarterly planning sessions.
Leading Account-critical IFM technology initiatives which may include (but not limited to): enterprise asset management, digital IFM, smart buildings / IoT technology / BMS, CMMS work-order platform(s) and all other FM related functions.
Identify needs for training, coaching and facilitation to develop a world-class data & technology delivery team.

Ability to translate customer requests to make impactful recommendations that meet customer needs.
Must be comfortable facilitating high-level and senior discussions between JLL and customer’s leadership, engineering, technology, project management and change managements teams.
Deeply understands the market of CRE technologies (e.g prop tech, IWMS, CMMS, Smart Buildings, IoT etc ) and able to align these technologies to account service delivery.
Highly influential client presentation and communication skills.

Education Credentials
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experience.
Intimately familiar with the world of corporate real estate (CRE) and integrated facilities management (IFM).
