The Role

Are you passionate about security architecture and driven to protect against the latest threats? We are seeking a Manager, CyberSecurity Architecture Development who will join our team and take the lead on developing, implementing, and maintaining our security strategy within our Service Provider organization.

As our Manager, CyberSecurity Architecture Development you will work closely with our leadership team to design and implement effective security solutions that not only protect our business objectives and regulatory requirements, but also provide innovative solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Your role will also involve:

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate project timelines and deadlines.

• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Communicate project requirements and updates to team members.

• Address any issues or obstacles that arise during project execution.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs within the team.

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to support their professional growth.

Team Management:

• Supervise and direct the activities of team members.

• Assign tasks and projects to team members based on skills and workload.

• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Software Development:

• Participate in the design and architecture of software applications.

• Lead the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Review code to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.

Technical Leadership:

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

• Promote the adoption of best practices and methodologies within the team.

• Lead by example through hands-on involvement in coding and development tasks.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.

• Facilitate communication within the development team and with external stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements and priorities effectively.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in Team Management, Technical Leadership and Training and Development.

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, Software Development

•Strong knowledge of cloud security concepts and technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

•Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
