About the business
Our client is a leading automotive business dedicated to delivering high-quality vehicles and services to customers worldwide. They pride themselves on innovation, quality, and efficiency in both their product and operations. As they continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead their technology department and drive forward their I.As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our clients information technology infrastructure and operations. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that their technology systems support their business objectives and contribute to the overall success. Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity.
Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
Ensure the security and integrity of their IT systems and data through the implementation of appropriate security measures and protocols.
Manage IT projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and automotive trends, and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
At least five years of experience in IT management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry setting.
Strong technical skills, with expertise in networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
Experience managing IT projects from conception to completion, including budgeting and resource allocation.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards related to IT security and data privacy.
