We are looking for a Groups & Sales Executive based in London Job Title: Groups & Sales Co-Ordinator (London and Regional) Department: Commercial Working pattern: Part-time (exact hours to be confirmed) The Groups & Sales Co-Ordinator will be a key member of the Commercial team. You will have a passion for reservations and sales managing and effectively handling groups and corporate enquiries, preparation of proposals, maximising yield, and profitability. As Groups and Sales Executive you will be an Ambassador of Point A Hotels creating personalised experiences to mirror the onsite experience of each guest stay. You will be an active member of the commercial team to ensure the hotels achieve budgeted revenues across all market segments. Groups: To build relationships with all clients and agents of Point A Hotels. To carry out group enquiries and send proposals in a timely manner. Prepare and issue client contracts, invoices and ensure payments are made in timely fashion. Responsible for all administration tasks for the group department which includes, contracts, invoices, payments, room block, rooming list. Liaise with hotel teams, handover of group bookings and assist with queries. To have operational knowledge of the hotels and surrounding areas, including services and facilities provided, geographical and location information and local attraction details. Assist in maintaining the client database and files. To be aware of competitor pricing, understanding the dynamics of the local market. Pull together monthly Group booking statistics Report. Sales: To assist with the completion of corporate RFPs (request for proposals) and record these bids accurately. To assist with corporate contracting, requests for pricing, and liaising with our GDS providers. Prepare and issue client contracts, invoices and ensure payments are made in timely fashion. To assist with Monthly Corporate production Reports. Maintain the CRM system, ensuring new accounts are added and existing accounts are updated. To represent Point A Hotels at external exhibitions, trade shows and presentations. General office duties. Skills required: Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Great attention to detail Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service. Flexibility and adaptability to respond to a range of different work situations. Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative. Demonstratable track record in hospitality Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Knowledge of Guestline PMS (preferred

not required) Knowledge of GDS Channels (preferred HotelREZ but not required) Knowledge of platforms such as Lanyon, Cvent, Venue Directory, etc. (preferred
