Job Title: Account Manager - Retentions Location: London – 4 days a week in the office
Salary: £35-£40K basic + 10% bonus
My client is an established SME Lender with 6 successful years of trading in the UK. They are now looking to grow out their retentions team focused on the management of existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, repayment of loans & new lending opportunities. We are looking for someone who is hard working, commercial driven & enjoys building relationships with customers
As the Account Manager your responsibilities and duties will include:
Manage a portfolio of existing lending customers to ensure lending is repayed, any future lending is completed & customer is happy with the service from my client
Work closely with the team to ensure the team are working the way through an extensive network of warm leads to pick up with
Support the wider business providing correct documentation for credit and operations to move the deals through pipeline quickly
Working alongside Head of the team on Ad-hoc projects to help your growth and understanding
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Account Manager
2 years account management experience in fintech
Proven success in building long standing relationships with customers
