As an Account Manager at RTA, you will be responsible for leading planning across client accounts, playing a key role in successful delivery of campaigns and ensuring your clients receive the best-in-class media planning across multiple media channels, including programmatic, search and social.
You will Be Awesome in customer service, with strong experience working across multiple accounts simultaneously, delivering the best of the best to your clients, ensuring strong rapports are fostered and maintained. You will Dream Big – continually investigating new opportunities and tactics, ensuring fresh thinking is brought to the table, creating bespoke strategies for your client and identifying solutions to meet their needs so you can take them to new levels of growth beyond their expectations.

You will Be Bighearted as a Senior Account Manager – you will demonstrate kindness, integrity, and respect for your clients and for your colleagues; Planning & Strategy
Build, develop and implement account strategy, to include complex, cross channel media plans
Forecast spend and performance accurately and communicate clearly internally and externally
Design and implement innovative strategical tests which can bring deeper insights on performance and value
Client Relationship Management
Develop processes/structure/services which can add value to our existing clients and ensure their experience with RTA is best in class

Project Management
Project manage complex workflows and multi team projects and Ensure all client projects are delivered within agreed SLAs
Oversee internal account operations (onboarding, account setup, reporting infrastructure, communication channels, asset organization, troubleshooting issues etc.)
Account Growth and Innovation
Onboard new accounts and manage account spend, leveraging opportunities
Grow and develop existing accounts organically on existing channels and Identify additional commercial opportunities where appropriate
Proactively manage contract renewals by implementing innovative strategies that drive impact beyond the client, project, or team. Contribute to RFPS, research new tools, products and tech that could bring additional value to the client and Improve RTA's service offerings

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
~ Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Social Ad publishing tools such as Sprinklr or Kenshoo, Salesforce, Google Analytics,).
~ Ad platform certifications (Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, DSP-specific certifications).
~ Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
~ Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
~ A passion for Digital Marketing and learning
