Account Manager  
As an Account Manager at Red C, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of service. You will manage client relationships, oversee project delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve client satisfaction and business growth.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills.

Experience in social and web management would also be useful.
 
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including an industry global brand, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Project Oversight: Coordinate and manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development, working with clients to expand their engagement with Red C.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, project status, and client feedback, providing insights to improve service delivery.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field, preferably within a marketing agency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
 
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Customer-focused with a passion for building strong client relationships.
Results-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
