Due to ongoing high demand, Know Mean Feat is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join our busy and dynamic team.
 
**Job Title:** Senior Account Manager
**Line Manager:** Account Director
**Location:** Manchester Based- Flexible to work from your residence or any other location deemed reasonable by the Senior Team.
 
**Reporting to the Account Director, the Senior Account Manager will take full responsibility for client management and communication. You will oversee the complete management, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
 
**Serve as the main point of contact for clients on specific projects.
- Oversee creative management, working cross functionally with creative/digital/project functions
- Take and Write comprehensive briefs for all departments (creative/digital/2D/3D etc)
- Identify and capitalize on potential project opportunities.
- Proactively manage Work in Progress (WIP) and Critical Path Analysis (CPA).
- - Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Minimum of 4 years in Account Management and 2 years in team leadership.
- High proficiency in Outlook, Calendars, Word, and Excel.
- Strong planning and strategic thinking abilities at a senior level.
- Persuasive and confident approach to managing creative projects.
- Effective team management skills.
- Full understanding of creative processes and techniques, including digital platforms.
- Computer literacy.
 
**Minimum of 4 years’ experience in account management/retail marketing/print/POS solutions
- Extensive knowledge of retail POS and Windows markets.
- Proven track record in executing and delivering similar projects.
- Professional outlook and strong computer literacy.

- Outlook, Word, and Excel
 
**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent
