RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and motivate a team of the front of house staff to delivery impeccable service and exceed guest expectation
Oversee day-to-day operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and customer interactions, to ensure a smooth and memorable experience
Oversee daily/weekly/ Monthly check list end ensure compliance site-wide
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure synergy between the kitchen and front-of-house operations, facilitating efficient communication and problem-solving.
Uphold quality standards in food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations at all times
Cultivate a culture of excellence and professionalism among the team, providing training, coaching, and feedback to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
Ensure all the floor team is properly updated and trained on product knowledge and sales tools.
Support the Store Manager to analyze the training needs of the floor staff and accordingly set the priorities.
Support the Store manager in implementing the effective upselling technique to increase the sales
Proactively manage any customer feedback and complaints to ensure client relationship is maintained with positive outcome.
Support the Store Manager to manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimise resource utilisation and minimise wastage and all main reporting activities requested by head office.
Support the Store Manager the development of promotional initiatives and special events to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
Provide feedback and suggestions concerning floor needs firstly to the Store Manager;
Ensure the shop display is always following the Company guidelines.
Salary: Competitive Salary + service charge and benefits
Opening hours Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm
