Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey within an educational community that values diversity, encourages collaboration, and celebrates excellence? We are looking to appoint a tenacious and meticulous Exams and Data Manager to take the strategic lead of all the Academy examination process.
Oversee the management of the academy external and internal examination system.
Manage all examination windows ensuring all staff are aware of the process and that all examinations are conducted in accordance to external guidance
Examination results – the downloading of exams ensuring that exam results can be shared with all stakeholders and that timely returns are made to the Trust, DFE LEA and Ofsted
In depth, significant and extensive experience of academy’s’ data analysis and examinations protocol
~ Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the academy community
~ Ability to undertake complex data analysis, apply relevant statistical techniques and present results in appropriate formats
~ Excellent time management and able to plan strategically
~5 GCSEs or equivalent (Grade C or above including English & Maths)
