You as a Global HRIS Implementation Manager
In this role, you will support both the global and local project teams to drive the implementation of Dayforce within Swissport. As we are transforming and optimizing HR operations by providing global tools, your primary focus will be on supporting preparation and data gathering by safeguarding the minimum global standard design and working with local HR teams to develop best in class standardized HR processes and practices. Your role will be key in helping to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across HR data and linked requirements for deployment of our HRIS Dayforce. At its core, this role is an agent for people change management, driving HR change to ensure maximum benefit of HRIS is achieved locally and globally.
You will report to VP Global HR Projects

Helping to drive the HR transformation by supporting the implementation of Dayforce (HRIS)
Safeguarding the minimum required global standard without losing sight of local legal requirements.
Supporting and challenging the countries in completing the requirements workbooks that serve as system configuration guideline.
Challenge the local project teams on identifying needs vs. Support the local project team in identifying day 1 go live requirements vs. Support the local teams to identify test scenarios for UAT phase.
We are looking for a candidate ready for a next step into the Project Management world using their knowledge of HR Operations and HR system knowledge (and/or HR system curiosity) to help drive this important change for the company.
Open to travel when required and flexible regarding working hours depending on the time zone the country you will be supporting is located.
Experience with HRIS platforms and technology solutions, with a focus on optimizing system functionality and enhancing user experience.
Any experience in project management is a plus.
Fluent level of English is mandatory for the role.
