We are recruiting for a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager, who will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional brand partnerships & experiences that benefit both customers and the business. You will also maximize opportunities for the propositions and the wider Rewards program, ensuring the propositions are translated through strong proposition content to support the overall strategy.

Some of the great things you will be doing:

• Sourcing compelling partnerships, content and offers from existing and new partners to be used through our brand and customer communications.
• Ownership of day-to-day partnership management and governance
• Accountable for partnership negotiations, ensuring relevant NDAs/Contracts are in place for all partnerships
• Manage day-to-day communications and approvals with our 3rd party partners in an ordered and timely manner
• Act as the intermediary between different internal & external teams and manage these stakeholders effectively
• Manage the implementation of brand partnership projects and work with internal stakeholders to drive customer awareness and engagement
• Monitor and report industry developments highlighting opportunity spaces
• Seek out opportunities within the propositions, sizing and identifying these opportunities to take back into the business or with partners
• Data analysis - using external research and customer insight to help inform propositional or audience targeted decision making
• Working in a matrix team to deliver exceptional brand partnerships
• Comfortable engaging with senior level stakeholders both internally and externally
• Resilient, with the ability to bounce back

What we need from you:

• Demonstrable partnership management skills
• Proof of organizational skills including project management/ownership
• Ability to work well under pressure, using your own initiative naturally to guide you
• Ability to manage multiple work streams with quick turnaround & moving perimeters to get things done.
• Attention to detail, able to critically review plans in line with key objectives
• Happy to work cross-location including visiting partners
• Understanding how to collect and use data that can drive effective decision making
• Able to forecast and plan our key metrics in alignment with internal processes and requirements
• Entertainment industry experience preferrable
