A leading Law Firm is looking to hire an Events Executive to join their dynamic Events team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in planning, developing, and executing a wide range of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that each event aligns with strategic goals and delivers an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple events simultaneously, overseeing the entire event lifecycle, from briefing and proposal creation to post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team and key stakeholders to define event objectives and measure success.
- Provide expert advice and innovative solutions for event planning, ensuring top-tier execution.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and suppliers, resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects, manage budgets, and provide onsite support to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Utilise data to maintain event ROI metrics and produce engagement reports, identifying areas for improvement.
Experience:
- Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of virtual event platforms, preferably EventsAir and Webex.
- Proficient in managing multiple demands and prioritising tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to analyze data to identify trends.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 is preferred.
