**Position: Digital Marketer (Specialising in Events)**

You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our events and services. Your key responsibilities will include:
**Content Creation**: Produce compelling and engaging content (text, images, videos) that highlights our events, showcases our services, and resonates with our target audience.

**Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and leveraging platforms to increase event awareness.

**SEO & SEM**: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and execute paid search campaigns to drive relevant traffic to event pages.

**Website Management**: Collaborate with the web development team to maintain event websites, ensuring content accuracy, user-friendliness, and mobile responsiveness.

**Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

**Event Promotion Strategies**: Develop innovative and targeted strategies to attract attendees and sponsors to our events.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the event planning team to align marketing efforts with event goals and provide support in event promotion and registration processes.

**Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques to continuously improve our marketing approaches.

**Requirements**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
**Digital Marketing Experience**: Proven track record in planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, preferably in the events, hospitality, or related industries.

**Content Creation**: Strong ability to create engaging and shareable content for various digital platforms.

**Social Media Savvy**: Proficiency in managing social media platforms and utilising them effectively for event promotion.

**Data-Driven**: Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimise marketing strategies.

**SEO & SEM Expertise**: Familiarity with search engine optimisation and search engine marketing techniques.

**Creative Thinker**: Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas to drive event engagement and customer acquisition.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling marketing messages.
