Order Management Coordinator - Healthcare Industry

The location of the role is Pollards Wood, Chalfont Saint Giles .

The duration of the contract is 12 months .

The pay rate on offer is £16 per hour .

Role Summary: The OTR Order Management Coordinator ensures Order entry Quality and Integrity.

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

  1. Plan and pro-actively manage the entire process of fulfilling a customer contract from Order Entry to Collection to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  2. Order Entry and backlog quality. Implement changes as required for each project followed. Optimize Sales transfers.
  3. Provide an excellent level of service for our customers. Specifically, when answering customer phone calls including price enquiries, order updates, stock enquiries and sales leads.
  4. Monitor the Customer Plan versus actual to pro-actively reduce Span in the Customer Order Fulfilment grounded on OTD optimization.
  5. Ensure orders validation, compliance and approvals before Order Entry.
  • Own and update timely key dates using local operating mechanisms and reports.
  1. Daily follow up of customer credit documentation and inventory.
  2. Give shipping and billing instructions in accordance with contracts terms and conditions.
  3. Follow shipment, installation, application via reports.
  4. Follow up on collections issues due to OTR.
  5. Provide root cause on defect analysis.
  6. Monitor and coordinate daily logistics traffic from warehouses.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience in project management or order management.
  2. Strong administration skills.
  3. Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
  4. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
  5. Able to manage a number of different tasks and manage competing priorities
  6. Previous experience in administrative and/or order management role
  7. Customer Satisfaction Oriented.
  8. Team player.
  9. Ability to use Systems and work in a matrix environment.
  10. Proficient at understanding how the Order Configuration process works (Oracle experience nice to have).
  11. Excellent Verbal and written communication.
