Positive Luxury is seeking a Client Success Officer who will play a key role in developing strong, trusted relationships with existing and future partners and helping manage the workload of the three-person, sector-specific lab team of which the individual is a part. The primary focus of the role is identifying, qualifying and helping secure prospective clients and supporting clients through our ESG+ assessment process through delivery of world-class coaching and advice, supporting clients throughout their sustainability journey to deliver real change and fostering long-term partnerships. The successful candidate must be seeking a career within sustainability and demonstrate a keen interest in luxury and the sectors in which the lab specialises.
Contribute towards team & personal targets and work towards Positive Luxury’s KPIs linked to commercial performance, client satisfaction, and community impact
Partner with your lab colleagues and the Marketing team to help generate awareness of and interest in Positive Luxury’s sustainability services and help identify and engage prospects in the sectors your lab supports
- Learn to confidently participate in and lead discovery and pitch meetings via virtual or face to face meetings
- Represent your lab in Positive Luxury’s accelerator programme, helping recruit, assess applicants and on-board the quarterly intake of progressive young brands
- Be a custodian of our CRM system for your lab, HubSpot, ensuring clients’ information and stages are clearly defined and up to date
- Account Management:
- Act as the lead account manager for SME clients on their ESG+ assessment journey, helping them fully utilise the ESG+ platform, coaching them to understand assessment diagnostics to identify and address areas of risk and opportunity and providing advice and examples of best practice to improve clients’ sustainability performance and communications to generate value for their business
- Support the Client Success Manager and Executive by providing account management support to other clients within your lab (Beauty & Fragrance and Premium Drinks Lab)
- Liaise with clients to attain content as part of onboarding and promotion on Positive Luxury’s website and other media channels
® Encourage clients to promote their partnership with Positive Luxury, Butterfly Mark certification (where applicable) and sustainability efforts across their owned channels
® Monitor your clients’ use of the Positive Luxury and Butterfly Mark IP, and gather evidence of best practice to bolster consumer-facing client-generated content
- Build relationships across our network of brands, suppliers, and retailers, as well as our Impact Network and other supporters of Positive Luxury
Education to a University degree level, preferably within a sustainability related field
· Ideal candidate has one year’s experience within an account, client management or customer success role
· Strong verbal and written communications skills in English. Additional languages (especially French or Italian) a plus
· Able to prioritise work to deadlines and budgets, managing several projects at one simultaneously and staying calm under pressure
· Collaborative, yet excel at working independently
· Passionate about the difference sustainability practices can make
· Engaged in sustainability and proactive in keeping up to date with ESG topics outside of work
COMPENSATION & CULTURE
– Base salary £28K - £31K depending on experience. Hybrid working
– Enrolment in the company’s annual incentive scheme, including annual bonus as well as team and personal commission
