The Head of ASC Neighbourhoods and Contact Team will provide overall leadership for all Adult Social Care Staff within the Integrated Care Division’s Neighbourhood Teams, REVEC and Contact Team and take a lead role in their development, in the context of the transformation agenda.
You should have in depth knowledge and skill in one or more fields of practice which may have been developed through a formal post - qualifying training and development activity.
They will need to demonstrate expert and effective practice in complex situations, assessing and managing higher levels of risk while promoting enablement and self-determination. You will need to network and liaise with a wider range of professionals and other colleagues, including at more senior or strategic levels.
