(Working days – Monday to Friday 9 am – 3.The Resolute Group have been retained to secure a Scheduler to manage the day to day planning activities for a busy maintenance division. Managing up to 50 live jobs at anyone time, you need to have a great eye for detail and have comprehensive skills in Microsoft Excel.
Working with the Operations manager you will be managing various Excel spreadsheets from day to day jobs, allocating the correct man power, recording times and collating the data required to deliver efficiency reports.
This is a busy office environment so you need to be in the office 5 days a week in Lincoln with full training and support in place. Working alongside a mentor, this role is perfect for someone who has a good knowledge of Excel and wanting to focus their career in planning and scheduling.
Excellent Microsoft Excel spreadsheet experience, ideally in a role that requires allocating information or scheduling appointments.
Able to pass a DBS check
