Centric Talent are currently recruiting for a talented Warehouse Admin to join our clients team based at their air operating centre in Hounslow.


Our client provides global supply chain solutions to connect people, products and providers all around the world. They want to engage and empower their diverse, global team to co-create value with their customers through their solutions in contract logistics and air, ocean, ground, and finished vehicle transport. 


We are looking for an experienced candidate with a demonstratable background in warehouse admin or similar and who is comfortable with supporting in the warehouse during busy periods when required.


Warehouse Admin - The Role & Responsibilities 

 
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.
Prepare shipping documents, including labels and invoices.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
Coordinate with courier services to ensure timely collection and delivery of parcels
  Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and standards.
  Warehouse Support:
Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock levels in the system.
Support the warehouse team with organising and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace
Warehouse Admin - Working Hours
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm (40 hour per week, with one-hour unpaid break)
84 per hour paid weekly
Temp to perm contract 3 – 6 months before this will go perm

 
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a fast-paced logistics, warehouse or similar environment is essential.
Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office and inventory management systems.
Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
 
Due to the nature of the operation of this site all successful candidate a DBS check will be required for this role, and you must be able to provide contact details for refences to cover the last five years.
