Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Guarantee that our hubs achieve optimal route efficiency and maintain daily operational standards.

Leadership & Communication: Manage hub activities with a strong emphasis on Health & Safety, productivity, and cost control. Foster transparent communication across all organizational levels, from operational staff to senior management.

Team Leadership: Swiftly address staffing requirements, particularly during employee absences, ensuring uninterrupted hub operations.

Customer Service: Assist the depot in providing outstanding service to clients while achieving demanding KPIs related to cost, productivity, and transportation.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and legal standards, prioritizing Health & Safety.

Continuous Improvement: Leverage data analysis to pinpoint areas for enhancement and effectively implement strategies to boost operational performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Significant experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution sectors, with a proven track record in managing high-velocity operations.

Leadership: Exceptional people management abilities, with a history of inspiring high-achieving teams.

Analytical Skills: Proactive problem-solving mindset, capable of analyzing data and proposing improvements.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence strategic decisions and engage stakeholders at all levels.
