Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee the midshift operations at our facility. This role involves working on a Tuesday to Saturday schedule, from 1200hrs to 2100hrs, totaling 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and enhance the performance of the operational teams during the shift within a multi-temperature warehouse environment.
- Drive team development through effective coaching and leadership, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service levels, inventory management, productivity, and compliance.
- Oversee health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Identify and address training and development needs to foster team growth and efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry with strong people management capabilities.
