Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Logistics Operations: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of daily logistics operations, including route optimization, supply chain management, and real-time tracking.
- Ensure Efficient Deliveries: Ensure that deliveries are made on time, while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Lead Logistics Team: Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, including drivers and warehouse staff, to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and tailor logistics solutions to meet their needs.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators: Analyze key performance indicators to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
- Sustainability Commitment: Uphold Fin's commitment to sustainability, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and operations, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Route Optimization Expertise: Deep understanding of route optimization and real-time tracking systems.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
