Working pattern: 5 days on 2 days off/ 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £39K per annum including service charge (£32K per annum + service charge)
We are looking for someone with previous hotel experience withexcellent communication skills and strong attention to detail while being able to multitask.This position has excellent progression opportunities and would be suited to someone with an enthusiastic personality and can do attitude.

- Ensuring prompt, professional guest service during service
- Being present on the floor during service periods
- Maintain a welcoming and upscale atmosphere in the lounge
- Recruit, train and supervise lounge staff
- Address and resolve any guest complaints and concerns
- Ensuring that all food and beverage products are served to correct standards as per SOP manual
- Maximising sales opportunities
