The Food & Beverage division is in search of a dedicated Lounge Operations Supervisor to deliver exceptional service to guests in this remarkable establishment.

Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off / 40 hours weekly

Compensation: Up to £39,000 annually, inclusive of service charge (£32,000 base salary + service charge)

We seek an individual with prior hospitality experience, outstanding communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks. This role offers significant advancement potential and is ideal for someone with a vibrant personality and a proactive approach.

As a Lounge Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring prompt and professional guest service during operational hours
  • Being actively present on the floor during service times
  • Maintaining a welcoming and upscale environment in the lounge
  • Recruiting, training, and overseeing lounge personnel
  • Addressing and resolving any guest inquiries and issues
  • Ensuring that all food and beverage offerings meet established standards as per the SOP manual
  • Maximizing sales opportunities
