On our journey to empower ambitious and extraordinary talents, we have created the opportunity to become a Partner through a Search Fund. Besides investing in and building large-scale fast-growing business models, we have created an investment vehicle to invest in the right founders and CEOs to find a business venture they can excel in and support them in their journey to create extraordinary companies.
You will become part of an ambitious network and have a dedicated Board of Directors consisting of experienced founders, board members, and CEOs who have started, acquired, built, and exited various companies.
You will receive both great upside in your work with a compensation geared mostly towards equity of 10-20% depending on the business, and a base salary of up to 80K GBP.
As Partner, you will have the sole responsibility of building and growing your business. A humble approach and share our passion for building companies and developing people.
