We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Administration Assistant to work as part of our Conference Sales Team and in line with our vision to become the Best Event Campus in Europe. The administrative assistant will be responsible for working in the Conference Sales Team to help deliver the following: General Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales-related documents, financial data, presentations, and reports. Respond to incoming calls and ensure telephone cover is in place for the department throughout the day. Provide financial administration support including raising of PO’s, filing of expenses, etc. Supporting on coordinating hospitality and on-territory sales activities – booking venues and liaising with guests. Support coordination with site visits and client events on-site at the venue. Undertake other relevant duties as may be requested by the company from time to time. Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales documentation. CRM (Customer Relationship Management system) Data Management CRM database management ensuring all information is up-to-date, consistent, and properly categorized. Data cleansing in preparation for the introduction of a new CRM for the sales team. Manage data entry tasks, including updating customer records, inputting sales activities, financial information, and recording relevant interactions. Generate regular reports and analytics from CRM data to provide insights into sales performance, customer trends, and opportunities for improvement.
