An opportunity has arisen with Associated Security for a Helpdesk Coordinator, based at our Head office in Manchester city center.

As the UK’s leading provider of safes and associated security products, we’re here to help our customers find the perfect solution to meet their exact security requirements. We supply a large range of Home Safes, Commercial Safes, Vaults & Strongrooms, and even Bespoke Safes to meet our customer's individual security needs. You will liaise with our engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to arrange for customer security problems to be rectified quickly and efficiently, providing first-class customer service to our clients at all times. Flexibility is essential as holiday and absence cover may be required for other colleagues.
Proven work experience with a strong admin background
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent telephone manner

Previous help desk experience
Monday - Friday 8.Job Type: Full-time
Work remotely: Free onsite parking following a successful probation period
Pension contribution
Free lunch on the last Friday of every month
Bonus scheme available after one full year of completed service
