Business Development Executive

This role will be predominantly phone based, making outgoing calls to follow up quotes that have been sent and converting them to orders. You will be expected to hit sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Account management - Develop and maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with client(s) assigned to you.
* Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals potentially through execution of lead generation activities.
* You will build your sales pipeline and track progress via the CRM system
* You will be expected to produce quotes, manage all enquires and undertake other general admin duties.
* This position also undertakes all administrative responsibilities, some of your key responsibilities will be answering all phone calls, managing emails and maintaining the CRM system.
Person Specification:
* At least a pass in Maths and English
* Must be computer literate
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Able to demonstrate strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks at hand.
* A solid business development track record with a focus on new business and ability to demonstrate your successes.
* Own Car and Driving Licence
* Phone confidence is essential
* Business Development experience is essential
* Sales Target and Customer centric driven
* Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Able to demonstrate ability to achieve objectives and exceed expectations
* Hardworking and enthusiastic
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm.
Holiday Allowance: 20 days plus bank holidays
