We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive for one of our clients who are based in Yorkshire. They have been recognised for innovation and excellence within service. As the Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating valuable client-related information to empower the sales team. This newly created position involves proactive outreach to prospective customers, aiming to spark interest, gather insights, and cultivate potential opportunities. You will manage your outreach through LinkedIn, email and the telephone.

If you can demonstrate success within lead generation role and have a background in qualifying quality leads, are a confidant and professional communicator and are looking for a challenge this could be the role for you.

Our client offers development and progression.

This is a fully office-based role.

Identify and qualify quality leads.
Tailor each outreach interaction to the individual prospect, demonstrating adaptability and genuine engagement.
Develop effective outreach techniques, demonstrating persistence and resilience in overcoming objections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM system with pertinent details.
Proven experience in sales or business development role.
Commercial acumen, recognizing the broader impact of the role on sales success.
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment, meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
