About Our Client

The client is a large and well known multi-national business based in Uxbridge, near Heathrow.

Job Description

The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-


  • Coordinate and implement employee engagement and wellness initiatives
  • Maintain the internal comms page with regular updates.
  • Assist in on boarding new employees.
  • Manage office-related financial processes, including PO requests.
  • Support with travel arrangements
  • Monitor Facilities mailbox, handle corporate post/deliveries, and assist with boardroom setups.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and professional office environment
  • Update office branding and communications on notice boards and screens.
  • Manage kitchen and stationery stock levels following appropriate processes.
  • Assist in preparing and sending communications related to the office workplace department.
  • Handle administrative tasks for departmental projects and support with company on boarding/off boarding.


The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must -

  • Have worked in Office coordination or facilities before
  • Be able to work in the office 5 days a week
  • Have strong IT skills, Microsoft office, Excel and word
  • Have excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
  • Have a strong team spirit and ability to build relationships
  • Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
