THE ROLE

As the Revenue Enablement Manager is an essential member of our commercial team, responsible for ensuring CRM data accuracy, providing business intelligence to the C-Suite, and driving best practice sales and operational processes across the team. The Manager will serve as a conduit between the brand Sales team and central functions (Credit Control, Finance, Legal, etc.) to optimize and remove friction in the buying cycle for our customers.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience within B2B market intelligence or SaaS industries
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or Enablement roles
  • Advanced Salesforce User – Cases; Reports; Dashboards, Order processing
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Customer-facing experience and team leadership experience desirable
  • Strong process-driven, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to turn data into insights and actions
  • A problem solver – ability to identify solutions to complex business challenges
  • A proactive, hands-on approach mentality with excellent attention to detail
  • Desirable – experience working with other revenue technology systems such as Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Clari, Hubspot, etc.

KEY RESPONSIBBILITIES

  • Working with the Sales Ops Execs, ensure all orders are processed accurately in Salesforce and validate and maintain the master data accuracy of both billing and deal information.
  • Working with the Sales and Customer Services teams, manage the customer billing contact relationship management process to ensure all billing information is proactively captured accurately and customers have a seamless buying experience with Delinian.
  • Target is to raise invoices for every subscribing customer -45 days from their renewal date.
  • Become a subject matter expert for the brands’ Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process – provide insight and support to L2C upstream and downstream processes identifying and implementing areas for improvement.
