Revenue Enablement Specialist

We are looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist to develop and deliver effective enablement programs. In collaboration with appropriate stakeholders we need someone that can deliver training to enable our Sales teams, Business Development Reps and Account Management teams to achieve their revenue goals.

We need someone with a track record of success in sales/revenue enablement, with experience in delivering training, developing content, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with wider business colleagues. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extremely strong delivery skills, both in-person and virtually, as well as a passion for implementing innovative solutions to improve sales performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and informative sales training programs that align with the overall sales strategy and goals.
  • Regularly communicate with sales teams to gather feedback, assess needs, and ensure enablement programs meet requirements
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and partner teams to create sales collateral, presentations, and playbooks that effectively communicate product value propositions and sales messaging.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop customized training plans for sales teams.
  • Develop and implement training programs that empower sales managers with the skills and knowledge needed to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to sales teams, ensuring they reinforce best practices, drive team performance, and address individual development needs.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement, including the tech stack used

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of combined experience in enablement and sales in a technology or SaaS company.
  • Extremely strong training delivery skills, both in-person and virtually
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
