Senior Customer Care Coordinator/coordinator

Our client, a reputable residential developer and house builder based in Solihull, is seeking a confident and motivated Customer Care/Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to manage customer care operations and ensure high satisfaction among new homeowners.
Monitor Customer Services Inbox: Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries.
* Log Communications: Accurately log all customer telephone calls and emails.
* Prepare and issue weekly defects reports for each site as directed by the Customer Service Manager.
* Correctly allocate work to the Customer Support operative team, site teams, and contractors to address issues in new customer homes.
* Contractor Oversight: Oversee contractor work and report any poor outcomes to the Head of Customer Service.
* Balance and coordinate the scheduling of trades and CRM diaries.
* Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Must demonstrate outstanding customer service capabilities.
* Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in data logging and reporting.
* Team Player: Work collaboratively with various teams and contractors to achieve common goals.
