The day-to-day:

You will handle all incoming requests by:

  • Guaranteeing their eligibility for Salespeople by segment
  • Ensuring allocations according to the local rules defined for the fiscal year
  • Qualifying the context and booking meetings and transmission to Salespeople
  • Guaranteeing the quality of leads and information sent to Salespeople
  • Working to KPIs and targets for activity

To do this, you will need to be aware of:

  • The offers strategy and the commercial strategy of the company
  • The sales / SDR teams, their activities and their territory distribution
  • All the operational marketing plans and campaigns
  • The qualification and lead criteria
  • (Mastering the) Salesforce CRM tool
