You have previous experience in professional services with exposure to billing and WIP management You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail You have experience planning, prioritising tasks, working to deadlines and multi-tasking You are experienced with Excel and Outlook to an intermediate or advanced level You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders You are proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow What does the day to day look like? Monitor and review billing processes and timescales, suggesting effective action against blockages and enhanced ways of working Escalate concerns and issues surrounding aged WIP and missed billing targets Support complex billing and e-billing challenges Establish and maintain key relationships across the business and attend WIP meetings to contribute to and agree appropriate forward action Monitor and complete billing forecast/estimates driving targets forward and reporting to all key stakeholders Advocate for and adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements Generate billing and WIP reports for all stakeholders and support the review of WIP activities and pre-billing You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and mentoring, and progress your career within this organisation.
