Our client is a global B2B SaaS organisation circa 700 employees globally, £100k revenues.

Due to ongoing growth, we are supporting the recruitment of a newly created, permanent Senior Global Sales Operations Manager to join the team.

**Remote**

**Duties include**:

- Embedding successful usage of MS Dynamics 365 and Outreach sales execution platforms.
- Driving continuous improvements & ongoing developments in sales operations working with commercial leads.
- Liaising with the vendors as required.
- Working with globally dispersed sales and account managers.
- Using data gathered by the sales ops analyst to drive identification of pinch points.
- Support the continued improvements of sales data integrity.
- Reporting on sales operations outcomes at senior level.
- Demonstrable experience in a sales operations and driving effective usage of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & OutReach sales execution platform.
- Proven experience working with globally dispersed sales and account teams.
- Experience working in a B2B global SaaS / Software organisation preferable.
- Experience in a change and transformation environment.
- A strong communicator with experience working at board level
- Ability to interpret sales ops data and make commercial decisions with senior team
- Reporting skills and good use of systems/
