Job Description

An Organisational Development Manager to:

  • Develop and implement organisational development strategies in line with the institution's objectives
  • Collaborate with various departments to drive organisational change and improvements
  • Facilitate workshops and training programs to enhance employee development
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of the organisation's development policies
  • Oversee the management of change initiatives to ensure their successful delivery
  • Provide support to leadership in developing high-performance teams
  • Manage a range of HR projects within the institution
  • Contribute to the development of the institution's HR strategy
  • Provide university wide training and development, to ensure innovative learning solutions provide development and growth opportunities
  • Design and implement the professional development framework, including conducting needs analysis, identify training gaps and create development programs
  • Lead and manage OD interventions, providing a consultative approach to the organisation
  • Design and implement a leadership behaviour competency framework
  • Supporting in the OD of initiatives around Org Design, engagement and wellbeing programs
  • Line manage a team of 2

The Successful Applicant

A Organisational Development Manager with:

  • Proven experience in organisation development, including designing and delivering successful OD interventions
  • Experience of leading change in an organisation
  • Line management experience
  • Passionate about creating change and EDI practices
  • Higher Education experience desirable
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience working in a large organisation
