Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop tailored marketing plans for Channel Partners, understanding their target audiences and specific objectives.
  • Lead marketing program execution, collaborating with internal teams and leveraging support.
  • Utilize customer insights, market analysis, and best practices to formulate successful marketing strategies aligned with Channel Partners' guidelines.
  • Drive product innovation and customer experience initiatives, working closely with stakeholders.

  • Manage direct reports, supervise sampling, POS displays, and promotional activities.
  • Support Account Managers in product setups and presentations for Channel Partner events.

  • Handle retailer portal administration and other commercial team support.
  • Manage marketing spend and budget effectively.

Person Specification:

  • Strong project management and decision-making skills, ability to work at pace.
  • Commercially driven with a creative mindset and proven success in leading creative briefs.
  • Experience in retail/DIY Consumer sector, ability to think innovatively.
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and excellent communication skills.
  • Client-focused with exceptional relationship-building abilities.
  • Can work independently or collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally with overnight stays.
