**Marketing Executive**

Our Tamworth based client is recruiting for a Marketing Executive on a temporary basis for 3 months initially, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

They are an established business who manufacture and install buildings, working across various sectors including sports, education, warehousing, manufacturing, government, and logistics.

The company have ambitious growth plans and are looking for the right person to help put plans into action and take their marketing activity to the next level.

**As a Marketing Executive, you will need to have/be**:

- Experience with HubSpot CRM System
- Experience with marketing software such as Google systems, Lead Forensics
- Experience with website content management systems
- Experience with project management tools
- Knowledge of Excel, MS Office Suite, SharePoint and Teams
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Team player
- Experience working to financial and operational targets
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organisation

**Details**:

- Hourly Rate: up to £18.00 per hour
- Working Hours: 37.5 per week Monday - Friday (flexibility with daily hours worked)
- Location: Tamworth/Hybrid
- Duration: Temporary (with the opportunity to potentially become permanent)

**Role of Marketing Executive**:
As part of a wider marketing team, this role will be responsible for all aspects of supporting and assisting the customer journey within the entire lifecycle. In particular:

- Own HubSpot CRM from a marketing perspective, (marketing professional hub), including managing all work through pipeline, set up lifecycle campaigns, A/B testing, nurturing pipeline (working closely with Sales Support Manager)
- Website - content management, A/B testing, assist with optimisation, alongside HubSpot
- Assisting with information for weekly reports, managing HubSpot dashboards
- Supporting on whole lifecycle, winning more business from new and existing customers with Marketing Manager
- Expanding the breath and depth of market penetration, with support from the sales and marketing team
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
- Create and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer retention and acquisition
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system meets business requirements
- Train employees on CRM system functionalities and best practices
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Helping research new markets
- Competitor research / awareness
- General administration tasks as required (for example answering incoming calls, ensure company systems are up to date and accurate
- Report weekly KPls

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £15.00-£18.00 per hour
