We're advertising an exciting opportunity for a fixed term B7 Children's Speech and Language Therapy Team Lead, to cover maternity leave. The Speech Therapy Team is going through a period of transformation and you have the chance to take a key role in leading this change, supported by senior management. Provide clear professional leadership, governance and operational management to the team. Demonstrate compassionate leadership and empathy to support the teams and the families of the children we work with. Utilise well-developed time management and prioritisation skills. Provide management supervision to senior members of the teams. Demonstrate excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues.
