New Business Development Manager

A specialist field service operator, delivering environmental compliance and asset performance for site-critical plant and infrastructure company are looking for a New Business Development Manager. The ideal must have sold into or sold the M&E, FM and/or PM worlds with good connections from those industries and related sectors. Must have a proven track record of new business revenue growth and a "Hunter" mentality. Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Lead sales presentations and tender documents.
- Elevate company visibility through industry events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance standards.
- Education: Basic education required; higher qualifications advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in FM sales/business development.
- Aptitudes: Goal-driven, exceptional communication skills.
- Character: Customer-centric, influential communicator, self-motivated, versatile
