A specialist field service operator, delivering environmental compliance and asset performance for site-critical plant and infrastructure company are looking for a New Business Development Manager. The ideal must have sold into or sold the M&E, FM and/or PM worlds with good connections from those industries and related sectors. Must have a proven track record of new business revenue growth and a "Hunter" mentality. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Lead sales presentations and tender documents.
  • Elevate company visibility through industry events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance standards.
Person Specification:
  • Education: Basic education required; higher qualifications advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in FM sales/business development.
  • Aptitudes: Goal-driven, exceptional communication skills.
  • Character: Customer-centric, influential communicator, self-motivated, versatile
