The idea candidate will be friendly and ideally have some experience of lingerie or womenswear clothing in a customer service role.


Tasks:

Managing customer service emails on a daily basis for e-comm and our digital concessions

Dealing with stock adjustments, refunds and other admin deriving from the customer service role

Liaising with warehouses on orders

General admin tasks as needed


Skills:

MS office literate

Ideally have used Gorgias CS software

Business Central a bonus

Good time management and able to understand how to prioritize workload

Good written English, with the ability to communicate with a friendly tone and easily understandable


Salary £26k - £30k
