Bionical Solutions are seeking a Senior System Tester to join the Quality team within our Digital business unit to lead the testing of software solutions on a variety of projects for clients in the healthcare sector. This will be a full-time, hybrid role, reporting into the Head of Quality Assurance (Digital).
What do Bionical do?

What will you be doing?
You will be leading the testing of software applications for client projects, creating test strategies, test plans, and test scripts, and executing tests and recording test results and logging defects, for new developments, changes and bugs fixes. You will be collaborating with an insights team and a development team and keeping project management updated on progress. Around client project work you will lead on test automation within the business, and have a key role in continual improvement within the team, leading in the use of new and existing software tools, implementing any new and updated procedures, and guiding and supporting other team members.

You will have a positive, enthusiastic approach, a passion for software quality and exceptional attention to detail. You will be a good communicator and team player, that likes to help and support people around you. You will be interested in developing new skills and implementing new ways of working when appropriate. You will be flexible, and willing and able to adapt to working with different teams, on a variety of projects, with a variety of applications.
What experience do you need?
You will ideally be educated to degree level with an absolute minimum of 5 years’ experience in testing web applications, with experience of both structured manual testing and test automation. You will be familiar with Microsoft Office tools. You should also have ISTQB certification, to foundation level as a minimum.
