We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating products, has experience in the full production lifecycle, and is interested in the creation of clothing, footwear, and accessories. The ideal candidate would have some experience working in a commercial fashion setting and a basic understanding of working with critical paths.


In this role, you will work as part of a wider product team, creating tech packs, liaising with overseas manufacturing and cost engineering, troubleshooting potential production issues, checking the quality of samples, and supporting the team during the proto and sizing stages. You will be a support member of the Product Development team with an opportunity for growth and progress. If this sounds like you, please read on


What You’ll Do:


  • Working alongside the product team to support the conceptualisation and development of new clothing, accessories, footwear and handbag products.
  • Support the sourcing and selection of fabrics, trims, and print artworks.
  • Support the daily liaison with oversea factories, suppliers and agents for the follow up of development and approvals.
  • Support Development team with weekly management of documents, ensuring all records are kept up to date.
  • Supporting and writing up weekly product fit sessions.
  • Coordinating samples and owning management of sample storage within the studio space.
  • Updating tech packs, workbooks and trackers during development based on fit and design edits.

Your Experience Includes:


  • Previous experience in a fashion / retail environment and are keen to grow in all areas of development and production stages.
  • Have experience working with overseas factories / suppliers and experience sample processes.

  • Have experience of working within a variety of categories such as footwear, jewellery and apparel.
  • Have a personal affinity for alternative fashion and KILLSTAR’s products.



Working Hours and Location:


This role will be based at our Brighton Studio, United Kingdom. This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 3 Days per week in the office, and 2 Days working from home.


This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
