About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Design Studio team as a Fashion Design Intern. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student or new graduate to gain hands-on experience working alongside our experienced product team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and development of new products, including sending print strike-off requests and communicating with overseas vendors.
  • Manage and update sample photos in collection packs and design CADs based on fit sessions.
  • Attend internal meetings, take notes, and prepare samples and documents.
  • Conduct design and styling research projects.
  • Support the production team during peak periods, helping with organization and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized product room, assisting all departments with sample and document management.
  • Provide general office support to other departments to ensure the smooth operation of our Brighton HQ.
Requirements
  • Passion for fashion and a desire to develop skills in a design environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and view failure as an opportunity for growth.
  • Creative thinking and a willingness to connect new ideas.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new ways of working.
  • Understanding of our current aesthetic and designs.
  • Previous experience working in a design studio and creative environment.
Bonus Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a Design Studio alongside a team of Designers, Product Developers, and Garment Technicians.

Work Arrangement

This role will be performed on a hybrid working arrangement, consisting of a minimum of 4 days per week in the office and 1 day working from home.

This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours worked between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
