We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in managing projects and executing campaigns to drive marketing success.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Global Brand Manager and Head of Brand & Marketing to develop clear, compelling global marketing toolkits and brand propositions for our nail brands.
  • Coordinating with the New Product Development (NPD) team to align on product launches and ensure all marketing activities support the overall brand strategy.
  • Developing detailed marketing briefs for each campaign and project, ensuring they meet the campaign objectives and KPIs, in collaboration with channel owners across the business.
  • Assisting in developing and executing brand marketing strategies with the Senior Global Brand Manager to increase market share, maximize commercial opportunities, and maintain brand credibility.
  • Applying a data-driven approach to all projects by monitoring campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization, and preparing post-campaign reports to capture key insights and learnings.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Brand Marketing Executive or Assistant Brand Manager, with:

  • Flexible and highly organized with excellent time management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
