About the role:

Our Senior Project Managers (SPMs) manage our most complex projects, ensuring customer satisfaction through the seamless delivery of solutions to clients. Our SPMs work closely together with their line manager, the Client Director, to monitor the overall portfolio of consulting delivery in their team and to optimise the deployment of people (consultants, project managers) across their projects.


Below are a few of the great things that you would be doing…


• Attending and leading client meetings to manage projects and account growth opportunities.

• Being the primary point of contact for client information, updates, delivery, issue resolution and data tracking.

• Managing scope to ensure we can deliver desired project outcomes against project deadline and budget.

• Contributing to the development of the client account plan and managing its execution.

• Managing project financials including budget monitoring, invoicing process, sales & delivery allocation, project profitability.

• Managing project contracting-to-cash and revenue processes as well as providing Project Management oversight.

• Resourcing internal consultants to fulfil the project/client requirements.

• Managing the engagement of consultants and other partners/supplier.

• Developing quality management plans

• Conducting risk planning, monitoring, mitigation, reporting.

• Contributing to the development of programme and project management capability through both continuous improvement and change initiatives.
